The China Greentech IP Management Clinic (IPMC) is initiated by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and implemented by the Bluetech Clean Air Alliance (BCAA). As a public welfare mentoring program for green tech enterprises spanning several months per cohort, it supports companies in deploying intellectual property (IP) in a strategic, effective manner and formulating customized global IP strategies. To date, two cohorts have been successfully launched, with 50 leading green tech enterprises selected to participate.

AirQuality was recommended by BCAA to join the first China Greentech IP Management Clinic (IPMC) in 2024. From camp enrollment to April 2026, the company filed 16 new patents, including 3 PCT applications and 4 US patents. It has launched overseas business and generated annual overseas revenue of tens of millions RMB, with ongoing expansion of international partnerships.
With BCAA’s support, AirQuality has systematically sorted its core technologies and advanced filings for key patents and overseas trademarks, and formulated an overseas IP risk prevention and control plan. Currently, the enterprise is participating in the compilation and pilot implementation of the Guidelines on Overseas Intellectual Property Strategies for Green Tech Enterprises, led by BCAA.
